Ce décret présidentiel camerounais formalise le financement d’un projet stratégique pour le secteur de la pêche. Il habilite le Ministre de l’Économie à signer une combinaison de prêts (crédit acheteur et commercial) avec la Deutsche Bank d’Espagne. Cette démarche administrative et financière vise à acquérir deux bateaux de pêche et à réaménager le débarcadère de Youpwe à Douala. L’objectif est de moderniser les infrastructures maritimes, de stimuler l’économie locale et de créer des emplois dans la région.
This Cameroonian presidential decree formalizes the financing of a strategic project for the fishing sector. It authorizes the Minister of Economy to sign a combination of loans (buyer credit and commercial credit) with Deutsche Bank of Spain. This administrative and financial approach aims to acquire two fishing boats and redevelop the Youpwe landing stage in Douala. The objective is to modernize maritime infrastructure, stimulate the local economy, and create jobs in the region.
