Eucalyptus plantations face a negative perception regarding their biological diversity, necessitating a clarification of the underlying processes. This study employs a hierarchical approach, distinguishing three levels of biological organization: the plantation plot, the surrounding landscape, and the region. This framework allows for the analysis of biodiversity-determining factors at each scale and the establishment of favorable management rules for sustainable silviculture, considering social expectations.
