West African transport corridors, like Ouagadougou-Accra, foster economic dependence and hinder territorial development. Regional integration and food security challenges are evident in staple food circuits. This thesis analyzes the inclusive potential of these circuits (yam, maize, cowpea) through field surveys with traders and transporters. It simulates potential exchanges using a gravity model, assessing spatial accessibility. Findings pinpoint exchange locations and routes, addressing the articulation of food trade scales. The study offers technical and policy recommendations for regional integration and food security.
