Décret n°2006/182 du 31 mai 2006 modifiant le décret n°2000/365 portant réorganisation du Fonds spécial d’équipement et d’intervention intercommunale (FEICOM)

Le décret n° 2006/182 a pour objet de réorganiser le Fonds Spécial d’Équipement et d’Intervention Intercommunale (FEICOM) afin d’améliorer son fonctionnement et sa régulation. Il introduit la possibilité de créer des agences FEICOM sur l’ensemble du territoire, clarifie les tutelles technique et financière, et modifie la composition ainsi que les attributions du conseil d’administration. De plus, il précise les sources de financement du FEICOM, renforçant ainsi sa structure et ses ressources.

Decree No. 2006/182 aims to reorganize the Special Fund for Intercommunal Equipment and Intervention (FEICOM) in order to improve its operation and regulation. It introduces the possibility of creating FEICOM agencies throughout the territory, clarifies the technical and financial supervision, and modifies the composition and attributions of the board of directors. In addition, it specifies the sources of financing of FEICOM, thus strengthening its structure and resources.
