L’objet de ce décret est d’organiser le Ministère de la Santé Publique au Cameroun, en définissant ses structures, ses responsabilités et son fonctionnement. Il établit également les attributions du ministre et les modalités de mise en œuvre de la politique de santé. Enfin, il abroge les dispositions antérieures relatives à l’organisation du ministère.
The purpose of this decree is to organize the Ministry of Public Health in Cameroon, by defining its structures, its responsibilities and its functioning. It also defines the responsibilities of the minister and the modalities for implementing the health policy. Finally, it repeals the previous provisions relating to the organization of the ministry.
