Ce décret présidentiel habilite le Ministre de l’Économie, de la Planification et de l’Aménagement du Territoire du Cameroun à conclure des accords de prêts essentiels. Il s’agit de financements avec la Deutsche Bank d’Espagne, structurés en crédit acheteur et crédit commercial, pour un montant total dépassant 10 milliards de francs CFA. Cette démarche légale vise à concrétiser le Projet de construction d’un abattoir industriel moderne à Maroua. L’objectif est de moderniser l’infrastructure agro-industrielle, de stimuler l’économie locale et d’améliorer la sécurité alimentaire dans la région de l’Extrême-Nord, marquant un apport significatif au développement économique du pays.
This presidential decree authorizes Cameroon’s Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign crucial loan agreements. These financings, with Deutsche Bank of Spain, are structured as buyer credit and commercial credit, totaling over 10 billion CFA francs.
