Ce décret présidentiel vise à autoriser la signature d’accords de financement cruciaux pour le développement rural au Cameroun, répondant à la nécessité de mobiliser des fonds pour des projets structurants. Il s’agit d’un acte juridique habilitant le ministre de l’Économie à contracter des emprunts auprès de la Banque Islamique de Développement (BID), conformément à la législation financière nationale. Ce texte permet la concrétisation du Projet de Développement Rural Intégré du Dja (PDRI-Dja), avec un financement de 41,92 millions d’Euros, essentiel pour l’amélioration des conditions de vie des populations rurales camerounaises.
This presidential decree aims to authorize the signing of crucial financing agreements for rural development in Cameroon, addressing the need to mobilize funds for structuring projects. It is a legal act empowering the Minister of Economy to contract loans from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), in accordance with national financial legislation. This text enables the realization of the Dja Integrated Rural Development Project (PDRI-Dja), with 41.92 million Euros in funding, vital for improving the living conditions of Cameroonian rural populations.
