Ce décret présidentiel camerounais vise à officialiser le financement d’un projet agricole stratégique. Il répond au besoin de développer la production de semence bovine pour l’élevage national. Le texte habilite le Ministre de l’Économie à signer des accords de prêts avec la Deutsche Bank d’Espagne. Ces prêts combinent un crédit acheteur et un crédit commercial pour un montant total significatif. L’objectif est la construction et l’équipement d’un centre de production de semence bovine à Ngaoundéré, avec des centres relais. Cela contribuera à l’amélioration génétique du cheptel et à la sécurité alimentaire du Cameroun.
This Cameroonian presidential decree aims to formalize the financing of a strategic agricultural project. It addresses the need to develop bovine semen production for national livestock. The text authorizes the Minister of Economy to sign loan agreements with Deutsche Bank of Spain. These loans combine a buyer credit and a commercial credit for a significant total amount. The objective is the construction and equipping of a bovine semen production center in Ngaoundéré, with relay centers. This will contribute to genetic improvement of livestock and food security in Cameroon.
